Smash Burger Tacos
Ingredients (6)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 (6-inch) wheat tortillas
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons Shake Shack Sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Directions
- Divide ground beef into 4 balls.
- Smash 1 ball evenly onto 1 side of each tortilla.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla, meat-side down, until meat is cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Flip and add cheddar cheese slice and cook until tortilla is browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Remove tortillas with ground beef and cheese from skillet and top each with Shake Shack sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Fold each into a taco and serve immediately.
