Smash Burger Tacos

Ingredients (6)

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 (6-inch) wheat tortillas
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Shake Shack Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Directions

  1. Divide ground beef into 4 balls.
  2. Smash 1 ball evenly onto 1 side of each tortilla.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla, meat-side down, until meat is cooked through, 5 to 7 minutes. Flip and add cheddar cheese slice and cook until tortilla is browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove tortillas with ground beef and cheese from skillet and top each with Shake Shack sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Fold each into a taco and serve immediately.
