
Cabbage Steaks
Ingredients (3)
- 1 head green cabbage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut cabbage into giant rounds about 1-inch thick.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of each round and sprinkle salt over the top.
- Roast cabbage until crispy at the edges and tender in the center, 26 to 28 minutes.
