Cabbage Steaks

  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut cabbage into giant rounds about 1-inch thick.
  3. Place the rounds on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each round and sprinkle salt over the top.
  5. Roast cabbage until crispy at the edges and tender in the center, 26 to 28 minutes.
