Ingredients (8)
- 1 red bell pepper, minced
- ½ cucumber, minced
- ½ carrot, minced
- ½ zucchini, minced
- 1 small bunch chives, minced
- 4 scallions, minced
- 1 (12-ounce) tub cream cheese
- salt to taste
Directions
- Mix red bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, zucchini, chives, and scallions together in a bowl.
