Green Goddess Dip

  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ½ cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup fresh chives
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • 1 small shallot, peeled
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ cup creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Process or blend cilantro, parsley, basil, chives, mint, dill, shallot, garlic, creme fraiche, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food process or blender; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Process or blend again until smooth.
