
Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients (12)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- ½ cup fresh parsley
- ½ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh chives
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 1 small shallot, peeled
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- ½ cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and black pepper
Directions
- Process or blend cilantro, parsley, basil, chives, mint, dill, shallot, garlic, creme fraiche, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food process or blender; season with salt and pepper.
