- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed beef consomme, undiluted
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
