Thai Peanut Sauce

Ingredients (8)

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed or grated
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons warm water

Directions

  1. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, and garlic in a bowl; whisk until sauce is fully combined.
  2. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Use 2 tablespoons for a sauce and up to 4 tablespoons for a dressing.
