Thai Peanut Sauce
Ingredients (8)
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed or grated
- 2 to 4 tablespoons warm water
Directions
- Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, lime juice, chili garlic sauce, and garlic in a bowl; whisk until sauce is fully combined.
- Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Use 2 tablespoons for a sauce and up to 4 tablespoons for a dressing.
