Vietnamese Dipping Sauce
Ingredients (9)
- ⅓ cup water
- ¼ cup fish sauce
- ¼ cup sugar, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon shredded carrot
- 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil, or more to taste
- 1 clove garlic, grated or minced
Directions
- Combine water, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, carrot, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl; whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Add additional sugar and sesame oil to taste.
