  • 8 ounces butter
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (or labneh)
  • ½ onion, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Combine butter, yogurt, onion, parsley, garlic, paprika, and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook until sauce is smooth and warm, 3 to 4 minutes. Drizzle sauce over kebabs or use as a dipping sauce.
