Dipping Sauce for Tortilla Kebabs

- 8 ounces butter
- ½ cup plain yogurt (or labneh)
- ½ onion, minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- salt to taste
Directions
- Combine butter, yogurt, onion, parsley, garlic, paprika, and salt in a saucepan over medium-low heat; cook until sauce is smooth and warm, 3 to 4 minutes. Drizzle sauce over kebabs or use as a dipping sauce.
