• Vanilla Whipped Cream:
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 cup strawberry syrup, room temp is fine
• 1 cup good vanilla ice cream
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons good quality cocoa powder
• Maraschino cherries, garnish
