Mango Habanero Simmer Sauce

  • 5 Habanero peppers (5 equals a pretty spicy sauce. I think I would make it even spicier if I made it again.)
  • 3 Mangos or 1 30 Ounce can of Mango pulp which can be found at Indian food stores.
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses (I think you could use honey also)
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard (Dijon or dry is fine)
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • Kosher salt to taste
