
Mango Habanero Simmer Sauce
Ingredients (13)
- 5 Habanero peppers (5 equals a pretty spicy sauce. I think I would make it even spicier if I made it again.)
- 3 Mangos or 1 30 Ounce can of Mango pulp which can be found at Indian food stores.
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 Cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Molasses (I think you could use honey also)
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons mustard (Dijon or dry is fine)
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Juice from 1 lime
- Kosher salt to taste
