• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 cups apricots, halved
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 inches fresh ginger, minced
• 1-2 Serrano peppers, minced (seeds in is hotter)
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 cups water
• 1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Salt and pepper
