  • 1/4 Cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/3 Cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil (Few tablespoons for roasting, the rest for the reduction.)
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • Kosher Salt
