Stuffed Olives

Ingredients (6)

  • 50 pitted, but not stuffed green olives.  The bigger the better.
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh herbs, (I liked dill, but you could use almost anything)
  • 1 Teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • Pickled garlic (1 clove per 4 olives)
  • Pickled jalapenos (1 slice per 2 olives)
