• 1 large handful of cloves
• For sticky glaze:
• 2 cloves garlic thinly sliced
• 1/2 orange
• 2/3 cup honey
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 1 red jalapeño pepper
• 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
