• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• ⅓ soy sauce
• ⅓ cup Marsala wine
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tsp ground ginger or fresh
• Orange Sauce:
• ⅔ cup sugar
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 tbsp orange zest
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
