• 2 lb pork tenderloin
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 1/3 soy sauce
• 1/3 cup Marsala wine
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tsp ground ginger or fresh
• Orange Sauce:
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 tbsp orange zest
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 20 whole cloves tied in cheesecloth
