- 2 cups cooked barley
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup half and half cream
- Dumplings:
- 2 2/3 cup Bisquick mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
