  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
  • Salt and pepper
