- 1 Teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 Teaspoon chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 2 Tablespoons cilantro, mashed with avocado
- 1/2 lime, juice only (for guac)
- Chopped Lettuce
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, grated
- Sour cream
