  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Cups sweet corn
  • 4 scallions, diced
  • Fresh oregano or basil
  • Simple sauce:
  • 2-3 Cups tomato sauce (depending on how saucy you like your pies)
  • 1-2 Teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 2 Teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 Teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
  • Big pinch of salt and pepper
