- 1 Cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla
- 2 Teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 Cup Walnuts
- 2 small zucchini (or 1 large), shredded. Should be about 3 cups.
