- 1 bunch rainbow chard, blanched and chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2-3 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- Handful of parsley, minced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (opt.)
