Small Batch Potato Chips
- Russet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced thinly (I usually assume about 1.5 potatoes per person. If you have leftovers, no big deal.)
- Frying oil (peanut or canola is good)
- You can go crazy on spices, but I like mine pretty simple
