Peppermint Cookie Bark

Ingredients (10)

• 2 Cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 Teaspoon salt
• 1 Cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp
• 1 Cup sugar
• 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 large egg yolk
• 6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
• A few handfuls of chopped red and white peppermint candy
• 3 ounces high quality white chocolate
• Parchment paper is helpful
