- 1/2 cup cream (you could probably use milk if you are watching that waistline)
- 2 cups ricotta
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- Handful of parsley, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Salt and Pepper
