  • Caramel Sauce:
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Syrup light
  • 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Dash Cloves
  • Pinch Salt
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 Teaspoon Flour
  • Topping:
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
