• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 Teaspoons Cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons Water
• For the Crunchy Topping:
• 1 Cup Butter
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 3/4 Teaspoon Salt
• 6 Cups Crushed Cinnamon Frosted Flakes
• For the Ice cream:
• 1 1.75 Quart Container Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar
• 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
• Caramel Sauce
