• 5 extra-large egg yolks
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
• Meringue:
• 3 egg whites
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
• 6 Tablespoons sugar
