- 1/4 pound unsalted butter
- 5 extra-large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 6 Tablespoons sugar
