- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 piece galangal
- 1 red chili
- 1 Tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
