- 1/2 cup marinated artichokes
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 mini cucumber
- 2 4 oz wild caught salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1 head radicchio
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- Orange zest to garnish
