- 1 cup water
- Worcestershire sauce
- 12-16 oz. uncooked spaghetti pasta
- Meatballs:
- 2 pounds organic ground beef
- 2/3 cup Whole Wheat Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup fresh basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
