- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup almond meal

- Broiled red onion

- Lemon Garlic Aioli:
- 3/4 cup veganaise or mayonaise
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 lemon
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Mint Topping:
- 2 cups mint
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
