- 1 ⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 egg white
- 1.5 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 green onions
- 2 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- Salt & pepper
- Stick pretzels
