  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins, preferably golden
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice (from 1 to 2 oranges, preferably organic)
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 medium clove garlic, pressed or minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
