  • 2 or more large heirloom tomatoes, cored and sliced into wedges
  • 2 cups worth of whole grain bread, sliced or torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt
  • 3 cups large, unsweetened coconut flakes (not regular shredded coconut!)
  • 3 tablespoons reduced sodium tamari soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 small lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon white miso (optional)
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, pressed or minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 1/3 cup water
