- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into roughly bite-sized florets
- 1 to 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 roasted red bell peppers (I used jarred)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil (optional, I didn't use)
- 1/2 cup cooked Great Northern beans (optional, if you'd like a creamier, heartier texture)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
