Ingredients (16)

- 1/4 cup uncooked millet or uncooked quinoa, or substitute additional rolled oats
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed or substitute rolled oats
- 3/4 cup raw nuts (I used a mix of almonds, pecans, and hazelnuts)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Mix-ins:
- 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger
- 1/4 cup golden raisins dried cranberries, or diced dried apricots
