- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 yellow onion
- 4 green onions
- 1 Asian pear or Bosc pear
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger root
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1/3 cup gochujang Korean paste
- 1/4 cup Beef or chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
