• 1 medium onion

• 1/2 cup fresh parsley
• 1.5 lbs ground beef
• 1 cup breadcrumbs
• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp ground thyme
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 12 slices of mozzarella
• Topping:
• 1/3 cup ketchup
• 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
