  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1-2 pinches salt (or to taste)
  • 3-4 slices fresh bread (crust removed and cut into small pieces)*
  • 1 large egg

  • 1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs
