  • 1 tablespoon fresh Italian parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked ham or prosciutto
  • 4 - 8 slices of fontal cheese or swiss cheese
  • salt to taste*
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • *If you are using Prosciutto instead of cooked ham it's best to not add any salt since prosciutto is salty enough on its own.:
