Hazelnut Snowball Cookies

Ingredients (9)

• 1 cup + 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup finely chopped hazelnuts (or walnuts, pecans or almonds)
• 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)*
• *If you use unsalted butter then add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.:

• 1/4-1/2 cup powdered sugar / icing sugar for rolling
