  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt*
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon milk
