  • 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons warm water* (not hot) divided
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated mild Provolone cheese or Medium Cheddar Cheese
  • *Ideal temperature is 110-115 F (43-46C):
