- 10 sprigs or more fresh Italian parsley
- 2-4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- sliced fresh lemon
- ROASTED NEW SMALL POTATOES:
- 20 small new potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1-2 springs rosemary
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
