- 1/4 cup cooked cubed bacon or pancetta
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 clove garlic minced
- dash pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
