  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons cream whole or whipping cream (more or less depending on desired thickness)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup powdered / icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
