  • FOR THE CAKE:
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup milk (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • For room temperature remove from the fridge 30-45 minutes before using.:
  • TIRAMISU FILLING:
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon whole/heavy or whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons icing / powdered sugar
