
Chocolate Tiramisu Swiss Roll
Ingredients (15)
- FOR THE CAKE:
- ¾ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup milk (room temperature)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- For room temperature remove from the fridge 30-45 minutes before using.:
- TIRAMISU FILLING:
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon whole/heavy or whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tablespoons icing / powdered sugar
