- ½ large onion (chopped)
- 5 ½ cups chopped day old bread (stuffing bread)
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ¼-½ teaspoon salt
- 1-2 dash pepper
- 1½-2 cups vegetable or chicken broth (homemade or store bought)
