- 1 cup uncooked rice (I used long grain par boiled)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 sprigs fresh chopped Italian parsley
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped tomato pulp
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
